You will learn what differentiates specialty coffee from commercial coffee, from its origin and traceability to the way it is grown, processed, and roasted.
We will explore the main processing methods and how they affect the sensory profile, understanding what each contributes to flavor, aroma, and texture.
We will finish with a guided tasting, where you will put what you have learned into practice and discover how to perceive nuances, identify defects, and understand the reason behind each cup.
