Coffee Subscription
Our monthly selection features the coffees we’re most excited about right now: new lots, seasonal coffees, and a few surprises that don’t always return.
Each month, we prepare a box with 2 different coffees, chosen for their profile, balance, and character. An easy way to discover what we’re working on at Hiday and make sure you don’t miss any special releases.
All our coffees are roasted with an omni roast profile, designed to perform equally well as filter or espresso.

- 2 x 200 g → Includes 2 different coffees featured this month.
- 4 x 200 g → Includes 2 bags of each of the featured coffees.
- 1 x 1 kg → Includes 1 one-kilogram bag of one of the coffees of the month.
We usually work with 200 g bags, although occasionally we include a 100 g Special Release.
Subscriptions are shipped during the last week of each month.
- Subscribe before the 21st to receive the next box.
- Payment is renewed on the 22nd, and we process orders over the following days.
- We carefully roast, prepare, and ship your coffee so that it arrives during the first few weeks of the month.
You can manage your subscription at any time: pause, modify, or cancel it whenever you like.
